Mohabbat ka Sharbat is a cooling summer drink from the streets of Old Delhi. This drink is popular from street shop opposite of Jama Masjid. This delicious reddish pink colored Indian Sharbat is a combination of fruity and floral flavors and is made by combining milk, watermelon and Roohafza (rose syrup).

Ingredients:

    500 ml whole milk
   
    1/3 Cup Roohafza (rose syrup)

    2 tablespoon sugar adjust to taste

    1 cup watermelon cubes
  
     1 cup Ice cube

    

How to make Sharbat: 

  • Heat 1/3 cup of water in a pan, add sugar to make a syrup, turnoff flame and keep aside to cool.                                                                                                                      
  • In a large jug or bowl, mix together cold milk, rose syrup and sugar Syrup. Mix thoroughly.                                                                                                                           
  • Add ice cubes and cubed water melon and mix.                                                                   
  • Pour the Sharbat on into serving glasses, Serve!
